Dr. Amber Vance is a Menopause Society–certified practitioner and licensed naturopathic doctor in Massachusetts, specializing in perimenopause and menopause care for women navigating midlife. She is registered with the Massachusetts Board of Registration in Naturopathy and is also licensed through the College of Naturopaths of Ontario, bringing a broad, evidence-informed perspective to women’s health.
Dr. Vance earned an Honors degree in Psychology and Physiology from Western University, providing a strong foundation in how hormones, stress, metabolism, and behavior intersect during the midlife transition.
In practice, Dr. Vance partners closely with her patients, taking the time to listen and understand their unique experiences. Her care is personalized, root-cause focused, and evidence-based, integrating nutrition, lifestyle medicine, targeted laboratory testing, and—when appropriate—genetics to create practical, achievable health plans. She emphasizes education and collaboration so patients feel informed, supported, and confident in their care.
