What is Naturopathic Medicine ? ∼

Naturopathic Medicine is a distinct primary health care system that blends evidence-based knowledge with traditional and natural forms of medicine to address symptoms and treat the underlying cause of illness.   It’s a preventive, holistic and personalized approach integrating medical history, labs, genetics, lifestyle, and diet to customize a plan for optimal health.  If you are ready to embark on a wellness journey where you will be supported in setting health goals, developing new strategies and habits to support your optimal health, let’s get started with your first appointment!

  • To help individuals optimize their health through personalized precision healthcare.

To reinvest in charities in the community that improve the quality of life of individuals and families who need assistance.

  • Helping individuals live their healthiest, longest life.

  • First, I help resolve any acute concerns so we can focus on longer term health goals. My guiding principle is balancing two major pillars of health:

Physical wellness which includes nutrition, sleep hygiene and movement.

Emotional Wellness which includes social, environmental, and spiritual wellness.
